Introduction

Vu Hong Ninh was born in 1983, he is studing art at Hanoi fine art University. He's been participated some performmance projects which organized by curator Tran Luong and also a group installation exhibited in Nha San-Duc

Nguyen Van Phuc was born in 1978, Graduated from Hanoi fine art univesity in 2003. His fist solo installation in Ryllega gallery in January 2006 was titled: "the thin line" which is the describer of the iner life be divided into two parts by a fragile border and to get the balance is very difficul to recornize that thin line.

Jun 2006 they both took part in a group show in "L'Oiseau Siffleur" restaurant in Hanoi. Ninh presented a glass single bed with water and a fish in side.The work titled: "Nostalgia Bed". And for this exhibition on September 11th, Ninh keep going show the bed but instead of the fish, he made the tubes which can blow bubbles. He call the name of the work is:"Seething"

Also in The "L'Oiseau Siffleur" restaurant's show, Phuc with a new discovery that he framed the paintings with blach laces. From that idea of framing, now he is continuing with finding the character for his painting in this exhibetion at Ryllega. He call his charater is: "unfamiliar person" but some how they look same as himself. May be that name is not to call people come from far away but to call whom being the iner life that not clear to being seen.

Ryllega gallery is very happpy to bring you to the modest and experimental works of the two young artists who are should be encouragement. Like the bed with many story about past and present of Vu Hong Ninh which is going to tell the story of future by the dreams.Like the painting of Nguyen Van Phuc with the character is being try to be protection and respectful by the weak and soft laces who is not being recognized yet.
